Turning Waste Cropland and Bush into Biomass Harvesting
Supertrak Inc. of Punta Gorda, FL has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with FLD Biomass Technology of Quebec, Canada. SuperTrak will represent the sales and development of the WB55 Biobaler and future developments in Biomass harvesting.
Featuring single-person operation; high efficiency and high volume biomass compactor and baler, this versatile and powerful equipment that turns vegetal and woody biomass into compressed round bale ready for industrial use.
With only one tractor, its now possible to convert vegetal and woody biomass from 4 inches in diameter into a 4 foot netted and compacted round bale. Cutting down, compacting and baling are all done in one operation. Appropriate for use with useless and waste crops, understory vegetation, willow, alder, aspen and poplar. Bales of woody biomass are used for cellulosic ethanol, biofuel heating, industrial raw material and wood board raw material. Biomass harvesting is suitable at short-rotation woody crops, fuel reduction applications, fallow land and natural pasture management. The Biomass Baler delivers round netted bales ready for transportation. With left and right tilting, the Biomass Baler is ready for rough operation through any type of crop.
The new technology features developed for the Biomass Baler are Highly maneuverable equipment on any type of ground Almost any crop height (up to 25 feet) Customized compaction for different types of crops Rotating blade or hammer cutting system
Additional benefits are Low power requirements Low soil compaction Naturally drying bales Standard equipment used for bale transportation
